What is a Special Project?

Special Projects are jobs too small for your general contractor but too large for your facility maintenance partner. These are projects with varied scopes that often include multiple trades and require someone to project manage the individual techs completing the work. We combined our skills as a GC with the reach as a national facility management company and built our Special Projects Division.
