Kevin Smith has spent more than 18-years developing some of the largest multi-site facility programs in the industry. Today, Kevin spends the majority of his time working closely with clients on designing and implementing service programs that deliver the positive outcomes that come from sustainable service solutions. With his background in procurement, he has become a recognized leader in RFP creation and regularly speaks on these topics at industry events.
Brian Amoroso is Vice President of Program Management. He is responsible for the execution of more than 20,000 commercial properties for snow removal and landscaping services on an annual basis. While Brian has operational responsibility for the day to day services, his ultimate focus is on working closely with clients to develop long-term sustainable solutions while driving continuous improvement within each exterior program.
Kevin Lenover’s paving career spans 30-years of diversified experiences from operations, business development, and B2B sales. He is the Vice President of Operations for BlueSky Paving, a nationally recognized pavement and concrete solutions firm for multi-site facilities. He brings extensive experience in the paving industry and is considered one of the leading experts within his field. His current processes on Pavement Maintenance Plans (PMP’s) were recognized as one of the most innovative facility solutions in 2020.
French Bolen is Vice President of Sign Solutions at Enterprise Signs, a Ferrandino & Son company. He has more than 25-years of industry experience and in his career has held previous senior management positions in sales, marketing, and operations. His background in program development makes him a great resource for any facility or procurement professional looking to advance their current sign program leveraging some of the trending initiatives in the industry today.
