ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS
1.1 – Basic Definitions
1.1.1 – Bingo. “Bingo” means a game of chance played for prizes with cards bearing numbers or other designations, five or more in one line, the holder covering numbers as objects similarly numbered are drawn from a receptacle, and the game being won by the person who first covers a previously designated arrangement of numbers on such a card.
1.1.2 – Equipment. “Equipment” means the receptacle and numbered objects to be drawn from it; the master board upon which such objects are placed as drawn; the cards or sheets bearing the numbers or other designations to be covered and the objects used to cover them; the boards or signs, however operated, used to announce or display the numbers or designations as they are drawn; public address systems, tables, chairs, and other articles essential to the operation, conduct and playing of Bingo.
1.1.3 – Participant. “Participant” means any person who submits the required fee to the Facilitator in order to play Bingo.
ARTICLE 2 – GENERAL
2.1 – Game Facilitator
Ferrandino & Son, Inc., (the “Facilitator”) is facilitating the game of Bingo at various industry trade shows and events. The Facilitator will not be financially benefiting from this game in any way. All funds collected from participants of the game will be either be used for the purchase of prizes to be distributed to the winners or distributed to the winners as cash prizes.
2.2 – Conduct
2.2.1 – The Facilitator must ensure that no person employed by it will purchase Bingo cards or participate in the game.
2.2.2 – The Facilitator must not allow any person under the age of 18 to participate as a player in any game.
2.2.3 – The participants will not hold the Facilitator responsible for the outcome of any game. A participant is playing the game at it’s own risk and discretion.
ARTICLE 3 – RULES OF PLAY
3.1 – General
3.1.1 – Participants will be provided a Bingo card. Eligible participants include Multi-site FMs. Vendors and exhibitors are NOT eligible. Participants must visit a series of twelve (12) exhibitor booths and have their Bingo card stamped at the respective booth. Facilitator, at the conclusion of the Bingo game period, will then choose three (3) Bingo cards at random as the winners out of all of the cards turned in that were completely stamped as required above.
3.1.2 – The Facilitator must verify at the time a participant claims to have won and before a prize is paid out. The total prize, as announced prior to the commencement of the bingo game, must be paid to a winner as soon as reasonably practicable.
ARTICLE 4 – PRIZES
4.1 – Prize Breakdown
1. Grand Prize – $5,000
2. Second Prize – $2,500
3. Third Prize – $1,500
